I'm not usually a huge fan of meal replacement drinks, I feel as though they don't provide enough nutrition. After being offered to try out Lineavi, I said hell with it. And I do not regret it. It doesn't taste chalky, like I'd imagine those kinds of drinks would taste. I feel like my appetite has changed after drinking this a few times. I eat a lot, especially when I'm not at work (I eat when I'm bored), so this is what I was hoping the product would provide! I'm not sure when the "weight loss" part comes into play, but we'll see! Just make sure you are exercising and being active when using this drink, it's a double whammy. Even if you aren't using Lineavi, make sure you are living a balanced and healthy life. Get off that chair or out of that bed and get active!

I really like this shake because it promotes a healthy lifestyle, even when you decide to go off the shake. It is designed to start you off to a healthier life, rather than just continuing with hamburgers and fried chicken after the 2 weeks. With me being in college, it's easy to lose track of being healthy, especially freshman year (yes the freshman 15 is real). I wish I had this option last year. I would have loved to make one of these shakes quickly in the morning instead of skipping meals.
Lineavi's principals are to lose weight healthy, increase metabolism, feel full longer, and just to help you have a well life. The shake includes all the important vitamins (A, C, E, B1, B5, B2, B6, and B12) and minerals (calcium, Phosphorus, potassium, iron, copper, manganese, etc) for a happy life. With me being a vegetarian, it is hard for me to get all of that in my meals sometimes (I am not healthy), and this shake really helped.
I love what this product stands for and I highly recommend this product for beginners. It's a great introduction to health drinks, just don't get too carried away and starve yourself. I can't wait to continue this cleanse. Thank you Lineavi for letting me try out your product!
